Time ---Tip 4/30
Ahhhh the elusive time. I agree with everyone that there are simply not enough hours in the day. But so what? There is still time for work. There is still time to watch TV after work. There is still time for face booking there is still time for whatever it is that you find valuable enough to make time for. The easy solution for making time to workout...ready for it....the same way you make time for what you deem "valuable ". That's it. And all you have to realistically do is 30 min 5 days a week to make a difference ( at least to start off and still possibly even after if you know what you are doing). If you don't make time for your health then realistically you won't have time to do any of the things that you find valuable because you will be dead or incapacitated to the point because of poor health that it realistically isn't worth it. Realistically....As in get real people and get a dose of reality. Get off your butts and devote 1/48th of a day to some activity. In case you missed it 1/48th is only 30 min. Wake up and lets go. If we help 1 person then awesome and if we don't help anybody at least it won't be for lack of effort damnit!! Tomorrow is now.....San Antonio Chris
