Tip 5/30 Getting Started
Good morning San Antonio. The hardest part of most things is getting started. Just like learning to walk. Or learning to run. Or learning to ride a bike. Or..... You understand what I'm talking about. Just like creating a healthier lifestyle through better eating habits and exercise is hard to start. Like most things posted here the best way to get started is to just make the decision to start. That's it. Tell yourself "I'm starting now". Sometimes people find a workout partner or sometimes people find a personal trainer. Having a valuable and experienced personal trainer is always the best in my opinion but whatever it takes to get you started I am not biased against. Again all of what is being said in the recent week has been something that you have heard before. With that being said here's to hoping that this may be the one time you hear it and it hits home. Pleaseeeeeeeee San Antonio. If we help 1 person then awesome and if we don't help anybody at least it won't be for lack of effort damnit!! Tomorrow is now......San Antonio Chris
