Shoe Check

Good morning San Antonio. Shoe Check. If we have gone from last summer to this summer 2012 in the same pair of kicks then it is time for some new ones. Signs you need new shoes are discomfort in the feet, knees, back, neck,etc. To get the best workout and be able to recover properly then we need the right gear. It'll be hard but you have to part ways with your "workout partners" who have been there literally every step of the way. The new shoes could also be just what you need to reignite that motivational fire within. If we help 1 person then awesome and if we don't help anybody at least it won't be for lack of effort damnit!!! Tomorrow is now....San Antonio Chris
