Tip 21/30 Liquid Calories
Good afternoon San Antonio. Tip 21/30 Liquid Calories. Watch out for Liquid Calories. Most calories you get from liquids such as juice and teas and other liquids are empty calories. Meaning calories that the body will just not use quickly and then gets stored for later. Remember the goal is to burn calories. Everything in moderation but if you can eliminate an unnecessary source of calories then do it. That's it for today.
